I find guppy grass to be an excellent addition to my ecosystem. An additional advantage is that it makes an excellent mulch for my potted house plants. Covering bare soil is generally an excellent practice, and guppy grass from the aquarium works well on house plants. It is attractive and it sold slowly degrades into the house plant mixture, contributing valuable minerals.
