One of my favorites has to be Alternanthera Reineckii, and the “mini” varient - it’s a slow grower and looks great under high lighting. I’m currently using it with an s.repens carpet in my main tank!
My favorites are the dwarf lily plants. Pretty much just let sit on top of the substrate for a about two weeks then all of a sudden, it starts sending up shoots everywhere on the surface! Makes a great jungle and protection for my fish to hide!!

My favorite plant is Pogostemon helferi. It’s compact, so it can be put pretty much anywhere and is easy to grow. The only problem is Ed, my blue eye lemon bristlenose pleco, and my snails love to eat it🥴
It has to be Valisneria. Gives a forest like look, low maintenance, easy to get. And does the job.
Hornwort! (At least they haven’t eaten it all yet!)
