What do you guys think is the best aquarium tank size - small or large? I love nano-sized tanks, but the water chemistry can change quickly so I always need to keep an eye on it!
20G long!! hands down is the best size

I like long and shallow. Makes the tank seem bigger and the fish tend to mix better.
I’ve got a 12g and a 16g and love them both! They’re easier to maintain and easier to plant.

I agree with your thinking, the largest tank you can: afford, have space, etc. for stability of water

I have a 10 gallon cube. I love it. The best tank is the one you can pull out of your attic when you think about getting fish again!

I think the best size depends on what you plan to keep and how much space you have. I have Guppies in 10 gallon and 20 gallon tank. I want a 55 gallon for them and i want all my shrimp to move up from 10 gallon to a 40 gallon ![]()
